From the windows of Marie-Jo's gite you will see the bell tower of the Saint-Alphonse church of Mont d'Halluin and a blockhouse, a remnant of the Maginot line. Located near the Manoir aux Loups, famous arboretum dating from the 30s (can be visited), and close to the Belgian border, the cottage of Marie-Jo is on the way to Billemont, former path of Gabelous. If in its countryside and inside its cottage, old farm partly restored, Marie-Jo has kept the spirit of the Flemish estaminet, to relax some games of the region are available in the room.
