Gîtes aménagés dans une ancienne fermette typique de la campagne Boulonnaise, au coeur d'une très belle propriété. Grande piscine de 10m X 3m, chauffée par pompe à chaleur et couverte avec des transats, elle est commune aux 2 gîtes et aux propriétaires.

A 8 km de Desvres, 20 km d'Hardelot, 22 km de Montreuil sur Mer, 23 km de Boulogne sur Mer, 30 km de Le Touquet. En dehors du village, à 3 kilomètres de la vallée de la Course. Belle vue sur la campagne, cadre verdoyant, très calme, arboré, sans aucune nuisance.

Gite of 44 m², in a renovated farmhouse, ground floor and upper floor. Private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, large common ground for walks. Indoor swimming pool shared by the 2 lodgings and the owners, accessible from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. open from May 1 to October 29 inclusive. 3 parking spaces.
On the ground floor: Living room with fitted out and equipped kitchen area (vitro hob, mini electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine), lounge area.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140X190cm, bathroom (shower, 1 basin, heated towel rail, a toilet). Cot and high chair available.

Charges in addition. Internet connection by wi-fi. Dogs allowed on a leash. Sheets offered from 2 consecutive weeks of rentals.
Access to the swimming pool: 10 € / person / week.
