Our gite invites you to discover the calm, the countryside and the greenery that stretch as far as the eye can see. Nestled in the heart of the Avesnois Natural Park, our old stable renovated in 2010 is located between Avesnes Sur Helpe and Maubeuge, 10 km from the tourist resort of Val Joly.
You can enjoy a multitude of hiking trails, including the famous greenway, a 30 km route dedicated to all hiking practices and accessible to all. Our cottage is located near the Eurovélo 3 La Scandibérique cycle route as well as the Avesnois knot network.
The Sars Poteries glass workshop, 3 km away, the Bavay museum-archaeological site 27 km away.

Our gite of 63 m² is adjoining a house and is located 200 meters from the center of the village. You can enjoy a garden offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside, with a lawn enclosed by a 420 m² hornbeam hedge equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, two deck chairs and a Beach umbrella.
Ground floor: Open kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. Lounge area with (wood stove, wood provided free of charge), washer-dryer. Separate WC.
Floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x190cm), 1 bedroom (1 bed 160/200cm), bathroom (Italian shower 90x90, basin).

Parking in front of the gite (4-5 cars), carport, closed courtyard 225 m².
