On the ground floor: a fitted and equipped kitchen of 8 m2 (electric oven, hob, microwave, 80 cm TV), a bathroom with 90x90 cm Italian shower, 1 sink and WC. Washing machine and dryer in a laundromat with WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom of 15 m2 with 1 160x200 bed, possibility of a baby bed, high chair, dressing room, sofa bed for 1 child.
Free fiber WiFi. Our animal friends are not allowed in the gîte.
Charges included: electricity and heating 20 kW/day free (140 kW/week, billing beyond). Sheets are provided.
